ANALYSIS
The setup of the Google account was not 100% complete. There were no accounts for the Italian, French, or Finnish markets. And the conversion tracks were not properly tracked. Google Analytics was missing. The Ad accounts lacked negative keywords. And many keywords resulting in wasted spend on non-converting keywords.
SOLUTION
Accounts were created for the Italian, French, and Finnish markets in addition to the existing ones. A full set-up of Google accounts was made - all the necessary assets, audiences, configured conversions, and so on were added. I set up conversions and Google Analytics. Relevant texts were written for Norway, Sweden, Italy, France, and Finland.

In this case study, we helped a small travel service provider generate 564 leads and achieve a 4X Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) with a budget of 18.5k.€ We overcame challenges of low brand recognition and market competition by segmenting campaigns based on travel destinations, using a mix of ad formats, and optimizing keywords.
